With kindness and curiosity, I offer you the opportunity to turn inward, meet what arises within you with compassion, and come home to your Self.
You are welcomed and accepted here. Nothing will be turned away.
Within the warmth of a supportive therapeutic relationship, a path unfolds — not toward perfection, but toward the quiet possibility of belonging to yourself.
This is where healing begins.
When you are living with anxiety, emotional pain, trauma, or depression, we address these experiences with care. They are real, and they matter. We listen closely to the places that carry pain, as well as the ways you’ve learned to protect yourself and get through.
At the same time, we look for glimmers of transformation — moments that reconnect you with your innate joy and goodness. New possibilities can emerge, bringing relief, connection, and hope.
Healing is not a path you walk alone. Together, we rediscover what has always been within you.
I know this kind of work takes courage. My role is to travel that path with you.
With kindness and curiosity, I offer a space to turn inward, meet your inner experience with compassion, and come home to yourself.
I realize this deep work takes courage. My role is to travel that path with you.
With kindness and curiosity, I offer you the opportunity to turn inward, meet your parts with compassion, and come home to your Self.
IFS and AEDP Therapies That Shape My Work
Reflections on IFS
These words reflect how I hold therapy; with respect for every part of you, and with deep trust in the Self that already lives within you.
“IFS is a loving way of relating internally (to your parts) and externally (to the people in your life), so in that sense, IFS is a life practice, as well.”
― Richard C. Schwartz, founder of Internal Family Systems, from “No Bad Parts: Healing Trauma and Restoring Wholeness with the Internal Family Systems Model”
“Another kind of happiness exists that you can feel steadily whether you are in a relationship or not. It comes from the sense of connectedness that happens when all your parts love one another and trust and feel accepted by your Self.”
― Richard C. Schwartz, founder of IFS, from “You Are the One You’ve Been Waiting For: Applying Internal Family Systems to Intimate Relationships.”
Reflections on AEDP
This is the heart of my work – to help you feel more alive, real, and deeply connected, both to yourself and to others.
“Affect and attachment are the persistent, pervasive, preoccupying issues of daily experience; they infuse all we do with…. texture and quality.”
— Diana Fosha, PhD, founder of AEDP, from “The Transforming Power of Affect; A Model for Accelerated Change.”
